Checked my portal yesterday and noticed it updated to say this. Is this just a Osgoode queue equivalent, or is it a promising sign? From last year's acceptance thread it looks like people's applications usually changed to say referred 1-3 weeks before getting acceptances, and it looks like people who got rejected largely did not get referred? Any insights would be much appreciated

basically means someone has read your applications
