CGPA & L2: 3.0

B2: 3.6

LSAT: 170

Engineering Bachelor's and MS, don't know if that makes any difference

Definitely. A 170 LSAT can absolve many academic sins (not that your GPA is bad by engineering standards!). You will have acceptances if you apply broadly.

Thanks. Yeah I know it's they're not terrible by engineering standards but my CGPA and L2 seem to be well below average for Ontario law schools. Do you know which schools I have a chance in besides Windsor ?

Are you a mature applicant? Many of the GPA rules apply less to mature candidates with work experience and a good LSAT score.

TMU also looks at your best 20 courses, and they sell themselves as having more of a practical/STEM bent. I also think that you might get an acceptance or two at  Osgoode, Western, Ottawa, and Queens.

Are you aiming for this cycle only? You can't change your GPA, but you can still change your LSAT to boost your chance.
