Fall Semester of 2L Grades

For firms that are recruiting now that have job postings already up, do fall of 2L grades need to be submitted, or do 1L grades suffice? The firm sites unfortunately are not very specific and though some deadlines for applications are late in January at the time I will have received my grades from Fall of 2L, I feel its best to apply earlier. Is it best to wait?

Also, has anyone heard if certain firms like the OSC or regional full service firms in cities outside of toronto, i.e. Pallett Valo in Mississauga, have sent students ITCs?

If I'm a potential employer of course I want to see your 2L grades.  If you want to get the applications in now, before 2L transcripts are available, that's ok, just make a note in your cover letter that 2L grades will be forwarded once available.
