Offer to Accept Deadline Question

Looking for some help regarding accept offer from Osgoode! 

I got accepted into Osgoode in December and my deadline to accept my offer is April 1st. This may be a dumb question but I just want to be sure. If I wait to accept my offer closer to the deadline is there a possibility that my seat could be filled? Or is my seat saved for me until the deadline, after which it would be opened up? So I have a confirmed seat until the deadline. 

Any clarification is appreciated.
