Hi, I am currently articling in-house with a corporate legal team and was recently told that they do not have the capacity to hire me back as a lawyer. I am wondering how hard it will be to find a job as a first year call given my experience. I am open to working at a firm or in-house, but I'm not sure if a firm would hire someone with only in-house articling experience and all the in-house opportunities I've seen require some years of experience as a lawyer. Also, does anyone know if it is possible to get an in-house job in the United States? Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.
