Applied UBC discretionary / UVic inclusive.

Softs - Bachelor's in Engineering from hundreds of years ago.  Completed LLM outside Canada last year.  Worked outside Canada in public administration / policy making for 2 decades, including legislative work and assisting to defend in judicial review cases.
