Required Action on Application

I have submitted my application and uploaded my personal statement, it stating on the portal that it has been received. However, my application still states “Action Required” on the portal.

Under the Supplemental Items and Documents tab, it states that my final LSAT Score and U of S Final Grades will be retrieved automatically. However, if they are retrieved after February 1st by the College of Law, will my application still be considered? 

It also stated I need to complete a Writing Sample but I already have an approved writing sample on LSAC. Does the College of Law require me to write another writing sample, since I have recently taken the LSAT again even though LSAC doesn't require it since there already is one?

I wrote it in November and January, and I completed the Writing Sample in November. LSAC says my score was requested today and the report has been sent to the school but on the USASK portal it says it hasn't been received and I need to complete a writing sample.
