Question about out of province acceptance

I'm from Ontario and have been accepted to University of Alberta. However, I've not yet heard back from my preferred choices in Ontario. I would like to go to an Ontario law school, but the deadline to accept for Alberta is March 30th. Since it's the only school I've been accepted to, I would like to provisionally accept in case I don't get into those Ontario schools.

My question is will accepting UofA remove me from any waitlist or further consideration for Ontario schools? I know for Ontario schools you can provisionally or firmly accept in the OLSAS portal so that you can still be considered by other schools if you choose the former.

Thanks

Accepting a non-OLSAS offer has zero impact on your OLSAS applications/offers.
