Accepting an Offer - Will other schools see this on OLSAS?

If you accept an offer from one school, will the other schools see on OLSAS that you have accepted elsewhere?

Depends.

If you're accepting an offer from a non-OLSAS school, then no. None of your OLSAS offers will be able to view this change. 

If you're accepting an OLSAS offer, then other OLSAS offers will be rescinded (assuming it's a firm acceptance), while non-OLSAS offers will still be available until their respective deadlines.
