Hello All, 

I'm seeking to transfer, and I know the deadline to submit my transfer application is May 1st, but I'm just wondering if my reference can submit their reference letter after the May 1st deadline?

Yes, you just have to put in the referee's information in the OLSAS application before the deadline.
