I received an offer from DAL and paid the deposit. I just found out, that I have also been accepted to USASK. Can I still be eligible for both schools until the deadline? (I know if I switched I would lose the deposit).

If I understand you correctly, then yes, you're fine. You are still eligible for both schools until the deadline.
