Can you submit a reference for only 1 school on OLSAS?

Let's say I have a non academic reference that I want to be sent to only Windsor and not other Ontario schools. Is this possible?

 

Also, is it possible to send only 2 academic references to Windsor?

You have a pool of reference letters and can select which go to which school.

 

No, Windsor requires a professional reference as well. I know last cycle that someone forgot to include one and Windsor would not evaluate them until it was submitted.
