LSAT: 164
cGPA: 3.60
L2: 3.72
B3: 3.68

I have 2 years of high end sales experience and 2 years of marketing experience. I would love some advice about whether to apply "General" or "Mature" as I graduated in 2016. I'd like both my academic and work life to be considered, but I'm unsure if Mature emphasizes post-grad career over any academics, or if General disregards a lot of career based experiences.
Decent ECs - I directed a play at my University and was on our theatre company's Board of Directors.

My top choices are: Osgoode, Ottawa, Queens, Western, Ryerson.

Cheers and thanks for the tips/good luck to everyone else this cycle 😀

Apply 'mature" if you qualify. It would only help your chance.

I think your have a very good chance for Ottawa, Queens and Western.

decent chance for Oz and most likely Ryerson (hard to predict because too new)
