Submitting a New Law School Application - New LORs?

Hi, a bit of background. As a third year last year, I submitted law school applications, and got into a bunch of schools (Western, Osgoode, U of T, Queens), but decided to reject all the offers and retry again this year during my fourth year because I didn't get into my top choice.

My question is whether it is important to submit new letters of recommendation, or if it is OK to use the previous letters of recommendation, (which I think were very strong). Both my LSAT and GPA are very strong as well. Like, will the schools not like the letter re-use. I don't know how the school systems work, but if anyone could give some insight on how re-applicants are viewed by the admissions teams, that would be appreciated.

Thanks

You need to request all new letters of recommendation for the schools that require them. Your referees can re-use the letters, but they will need to resubmit them.

Queens was my top choice but I did not add them to my choices on OLSAS for this upcoming deadline. They seemed steadfast on requiring their applicants to have  completed three years of undergrad, at minimum.

Did they defer their decision on your file until later in the cycle, after your final marks for third year were submitted? Or were you given an acceptance offer before your third year marks were submitted?

This could change a lot of things for me. In terms of applying, of course.

I received my offer of admission from Queens in late January.
