Also- what is a "normal" number of ITC's to have? Are there any firms that call on Call day without an ITC?

Sorry, I'm not sure about Gowling. They weren't part of the panel.

I dont think anything about this process is normal. There are people with no ITC, but end up getting calls. There are people who get one ITC and end up with 1 in-firm with an offer and people who get 5-6+ ITCs and interviews and end up with no offers; there's also everything else in-between.

The best thing I'm trying to remind myself of right now is that it really doesn't matter what is "normal" or what other people are getting/saying, etc; I am playing my game for me and am focused on what I can control.
