Do boutiques usually wait till call day to notify in-firms. I OCI'd with a bunch of boutiques and have yet heard of a single one.

Depends on the boutique. I got an ITC from a small one last week (litigation)

Fogler sent ITCs out for Ottawa a week ago, I believe.
