The firms I've heard from specifically said in their ITC email they would be online so it may depend on the firm BUT I would assume if their OCIs were online their in-firms will be too.

I could be wrong but I believe you can speak with lawyers at the firm to gather information, but they aren't allowed to do any sort of recruiting and aren't allowed to talk up the firm or anything else that could be seen to influence you.
