Bar exam dates

Hey for 2022-2023 the examination dates are as follows: 

Barrister:

May 31-June 3

does that means we have either May 31 or June 3 to write it? Or are there multiple dates between may 31 and june 3?

The "-" is always used to indicate the inclusion of days/numeric between the first and last indicated. So you can pick a time on either May 31 or June 1, 2, or 3.
