Hi everyone! I applied to Dalhousie on October 14. My document requirements were all received by November 3. Under the Application Type it says "Previous Academic Work" (recently changed) and under decision has said "Written Notification to Follow" since Oct 14. What does this mean? Is my file complete?

Got an email from them today, in it it says:

"Please note that “written notification to follow” is a holding message and will change once a decision has been made on your application."

Does anyone know when the deadline for supporting documents is? Although both my references have sent in their letters, the one who did so first doesn’t appear to be as received on the application summary.
I looked on the website but couldn’t find a deadline.

Im pretty sure its in Feb, but I'd shoot them an e-mail just to be sure. They're pretty quick in replying too
