CGPA. 3.9 per OLSAS 

Strong References and plenty of relevant work experience

Not a great big test taker (coincides with my Access Application)

Also applied at McGIll (fluent French speaker), York, Western and Windsor.

That's tough to answer as you're a splitter...

I was a low cGPA/good B2/good LSAT and applied access where I could, and it was a toss up. Heavily depends on your PS at this point because your cGPA is stellar and LSAT is not awful but not competitive. 

I'd say your best shot is McGill if they don't look at your LSAT (not sure how it works there, if you're allowed to simply not submit the score to them it would benefit you).

The others are a solid maybe but definitely not a no!

If you write the LSAT you must submit it to McGill, so they will see it. McGill is definitely not OP's best shot.
