Hi everyone, I am a 2L moving to Toronto for the summer and am looking for a rental near the downtown area. I've been looking for places on Facebook and Kijiji but haven't had much luck so far (granted it's still a little early). Please reply or PM me if you have something available with respect to these preferences:

Budget (monthly): $1,700 (flexible, but less is better)
Location: Max 30-45 min early morning transit commute to Bay & Adelaide
Term: 4 months (May 1 - Aug 31)
Wifi: 360 MBPS or higher

(Any articling students travelling during the summer and want to sublet their place?)

I don't have anything for you but other places to look are uoft's off campus housing website (non-students pay a sign-up fee?) and rentit.ca
