Hi,

I was wondering when i pay the deposit, does this mean i firmly accept the seat and how would it impact my other applications at schools in AB, Ontario, etc?

Paying the deposit doesn’t affect other applications. Paying the deposit means they hold the seat for you and that you’ve tentatively accepted. If you get in elsewhere you can always call and rescind. The only factor to consider is the deposit is a hefty fee if you don’t actually plan on attending.
