Your school's career office is a great resource if your school is located in or near your target market. Also, Networking + emailing for inquiries, or even cold call/cold email works.

Job boards (indeed has a ton of postings), your school's career services, linkedin, join the local bar association groups for the practice areas you're interested in, ask your friends if their firms are hiring
