Paying Deposit

I'm following the instructions to pay my deposit, but I can't see anywhere to do it when I'm logged into the CWL. 

I go to "Pay Fees" and it just says I have no outstanding fees to pay, and there is no where to manually enter in an amount. 

Anyone paid theirs yet, and can share how they did it?

If you go to the "finances" tab, it looks like there are no payments to make, but there's a big [+] that should drop down payments due more than 30 days out. The deposit should be listed there!
