Roommate Needed - Housing

Hi all, I'm actually moving out of my apartment as I will be attending a different law school. However, my roommate will be staying in Vancouver and is looking for a new roommate. I have listed the details below - if anyone is interested just let me know and we can go from there!

- Rent $1293 for your room 

- Utilities/Wifi approx. $50-75/each a month

- Furnished option available for $900 (comes with a queen bed, mattress + box spring, side table, area rug, floor length mirror - original cost was $1590 and the items were used for one year - everything is in really good condition) 

- Condo complex on SW Marine Drive, approx. 20 min drive to campus, right by the SkyTrain + bus loop directly to UBC 

- Unit is a two bedroom, two bathroom (you'll have your own bathroom), + den 

- shared space is already furnished 

- dishwasher included, in-suite laundry 

- very clean, quiet roommate - you won't find it difficult to study - there are also common study spots within the building 

- very close to grocery stores + food options
