A lot of times when Submitting Reply it took forever.

Does anyone else encounter the same problem?

I tried from a different place and the same issue also happened intermittently.

Can you try clearing your cache/cookies for the site and trying again?

Did that but still didn't work.

Changed to Firefox and it worked fine for me.
