Next Admissions Wave?

Anyone have any info on when the next general admission wave will be? It's been tricky following the acceptance page.. Doesn't seem like a lot of people have posted this year.

Separately I am assuming discretionary offers won't be given out until much later, like May?

If the previous year's thread is anything to go by, it seems like we are only about over half way with UBC waves. There were two small waves in April last year iirc.

 

It doesn't seem like we are too far off from last year's numbers. We haven't even filled up page two of the 2024 thread. Whereas the end of page 2 in 2023 we were seeing May waves with discretionary applicants. UBC is slow, they have about 1-2 waves per month, and they are all fairly small waves.

I know it's small/probably nothing, but my Current Status moved from the right side of the Status section to the left. It was definitely on the right previously as I have a photo.

Grasping at straws!

Not to burst a bubble of hope. But for the sake of providing clarity to others with this same conjecture…. it simply moved to the right for me and other waitlisted applicants I spoke to.
