Ce n’est pas impossible, mais il faut un dossier assez solide.

Un de mes collègues a 3.2 et a été convoqué en entrevue à 2 des gros cabinets nationaux. Il a un dossier plutôt exceptionnel cependant.

C'est possible si tu as fait du réseautage et que tu as créé des liens avec les gens avec qui tu as parlé, mais ta lettre doit être solide!

C’est toujours possible. Je crois que le gros est fait, donc les chances sont moindres, mais c’est encore possible.

is there a reason why a firm would do the screener calls over two days instead of one? im still waiting on blakes, NRF and Gowling. I also heard that not all firms send rejection emails... the thought of being glued to my phone from 9-5 for the next two days is just... 🤢

I can confirm with you that Blakes and NRF are done with calling for the first interview... I have friends who work their that told me that they called all the student they wanted to interview, usually those law firms only call the first day and take time to send the rejection emails

One of the bigger firms did call on  day 2 last year if I recall correctly.

As for Blakes, people have received calls today, NRF was an email + a call, Gowling was an email.

These 4 were calls today. I’d say it is heavily unlikely to get a call tomorrow, but not impossible.

Pour info, j'ai été contacté par LCM et Fasken hier matin et aujourd'hui j'ai eu aucun appel + courriel de refus de IMK + Gowling.
