Good morning everyone. Just to be clear, the FC/FCA/CMACC operate independently, and it's quite possible that you will receive an offer from multiple courts. However, you will only receive a single offer from each Court. You will have until 4pm on Friday to accept or decline, but if you decline, you will not receive another offer from the same Court. It's also important to keep in mind that although offers will start coming out at 3pm EST today, due to the complexities of rankings and judge

If you've interviewed with more than one judge at the FCA or FC is it possible to get more than one offer or do they pre-determine between the judges who will extend an offer to a particular student?  Do you ever have to juggle more than one offer or wait to see if you get a second call or can you just make the decision at 3?

My understanding for FC/FCA is you can be made one offer by each court at a time, meaning you can have max 1 offer from FC and 1 offer from FCA at the same time. I also don't think you make the decision on the call, I think they call and say "you have this offer and 24 hours to decide" kind of thing. This is just what I've heard.

It's also important to keep in mind that although offers will start coming out at 3pm EST today, due to the complexities of rankings and judges' seniority, the administrators may not be in a position to make an offer despite the fact that you're someone's first choice. 

In that vein, the administrators don't expect an immediate answer. Please take all the time you need to make an informed decision. But if you do know that it you will be accepting or declining an offer, it's always appreciated to know sooner rather than later as your decision can have a cascading effect on a number of judges and, more importantly, other candidates.

P.S. Offers are first communicated with a telephone call, and confirmed by email.

Will the ONCA and FC send rejection emails, or do we just infer we haven't gotten it if by tomorrow there's been no call?

Rejection emails will go out as soon as the process has been completed.

How long should I expect to wait before I can reasonably conclude that I wasn't selected?

Is there any way of us knowing whether a particular judge has made their selection? I only had one interview so I would love to know if I should be holding out hope or not:)

I received an e-mail from them about 15 minutes ago saying they haven't started yet, but that was 15 minutes ago. I initially thought they did it like OCI's and called right away.

Do we think it’s safe to say that all of the ONCA calls have gone out? Or do offers historically span multiple days?

Just now.  They mentioned something about a new virtual system, not sure if that contributed to delays.
